Estimacore Solutions Ltd – Domestic EPC & Retrofit Services

1. About us

Estimacore Solutions Ltd is a UK-registered company providing domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments and retrofit assessment services. All services are carried out by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor.

Estimacore Solutions Ltd does not provide non-domestic or commercial EPC services.

2. Scope of services

Our services include:

  • Domestic EPC assessments for houses and flats
  • Retrofit assessments within the scope of our certification
  • All assessments are conducted in accordance with UK legislation, approved methodologies, and accreditation requirements.

3. Booking & property access

The customer must:

  • Provide accurate information at the time of booking
  • Ensure safe, clear, and reasonable access to all areas of the property
  • Ensure the property is safe for inspection
  • If an assessment cannot be completed due to access, safety, or missing information, a call-out or cancellation charge may apply.

4. Fees & payment

  1. Fees are agreed prior to the assessment

  2. Payment terms are confirmed at booking

  3. EPC reports may be withheld until payment is received (where applicable)

5. Cancellations

  1. Cancellations with insufficient notice may be subject to a fee

  2. If an assessor attends but the assessment cannot be completed due to reasons outside our control, a charge may apply

6. Accuracy of EPCs

EPCs are produced based on:

  • Visual inspection
  • Information available at the time of assessment
  • Approved EPC software
  • Estimacore Solutions Ltd is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers, occupants, or third parties.

7. EPC lodgement

All completed domestic EPCs are lodged on the official EPC Register as required by law. Once lodged, EPCs cannot be amended without carrying out a new assessment.

8. Limitation of liability

Estimacore Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss arising from the use of an EPC beyond its intended legal purpose
  • Liability is limited to the fee paid for the service provided.

9. Complaints

Complaints are handled in accordance with our Complaints Policy, available on our website.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
