We value feedback and take all complaints seriously. Our aim is to resolve complaints fairly, transparently, and as quickly as possible.

2. How to make a complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance using the details below.

When making a complaint, please provide:

  • Your full name

  • Property address

  • EPC reference number (if available)

  • Clear details of the issue

3. Complaint handling process

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days

  • We will investigate the matter fully and aim to provide a written response within 14 working days

  • If the investigation requires more time, we will keep you informed of progress

4. Resolution

Where a complaint is upheld, Estimacore Solutions Ltd will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Clarification or explanation

  • Correction of errors where legally permissible

  • Appropriate remedial action in line with accreditation rules

5. Escalation to accreditation scheme

  • If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to our EPC accreditation scheme, in accordance with their complaints and disciplinary procedures.

  • Details of the relevant accreditation body are shown on your EPC certificate or can be provided upon request.

6. Independent redress

If your complaint remains unresolved after escalation, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an independent redress scheme or relevant regulatory body, depending on the nature of the complaint.

7. Record keeping

Estimacore Solutions Ltd keeps records of complaints and outcomes in line with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

8. Scope of this policy

This Complaints Policy applies only to:

  • Domestic EPC assessments

  • Retrofit assessment services

  • Estimacore Solutions Ltd does not provide non-domestic or commercial EPC services.
